Section 8
Terms of Service of Chairman and Members Terms of Service of Chairman and Members

(1) The chairman and members of the commission shall be full-time working officers.
(2) The remuneration of the chairman and members shall be the same as the chairman and members of the National Human Rights Commission, respectively.
(3) The terms of service and other facilities of the chairman and members shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
